Installation Time Is Measured By A Watch – Not A Calendar

bulletThe SAFE foundation is ready for immediate use.
bulletSAFE foundations can be installed in all weather conditions.
bulletWith SAFE foundations, concrete trucks, forms, rebar cages, finishing and cure time are eliminated.
bulletSAFE foundations are ideal for remote locations where it is not practicable to transport concrete to the site.
bulletA contractor can install a SAFE foundation with a crew of 2 or 3.

SAFE Foundations are Ideal for use in Contaminated Soils

bulletBecause of the small amount of auguring and no additional excavation, a minimal amount of soil is removed from a contaminated area.
bulletThereby drastically reducing the cost of properly disposing of the contaminated soil.
bulletAdditionally, SAFE foundations can be installed with little disruption to the work site requiring less restoration and cleanup, and minimizing environmental problems.
bulletThe SAFE Foundation comes standard with a galvanized coating and a 75-year corrosion guarantee.
bulletThe SAFE Foundation can be protected with a wide variety of High-tech coatings necessary in certain soil conditions.

State-of-The-Art Engineering and Manufacturing

bulletComputer aided design and manufacturing requires less design, engineering and manufacturing time.
bulletFoundation loading and soil borings are usually the only prerequisite information needed for foundation design.
bulletA wide variety of high-tech coatings are available for corrosion protection in all soil types.
bulletSAFE Foundations have been thoroughly load tested by GAI, an independent Geotechnical and Structural Engineering firm – results are available upon request. (Barry Newman 412-856-9220)

Underground Obstructions - Limited Access – No Problem

bulletSAFE Foundations will work in all soil types. Even underground water is no problem when using SAFE Foundations.
bulletDue to the smaller size of the SAFE Foundation and method of installation - underground obstructions can be avoided making SAFE Foundations ideal to use in a congested underground area.
bulletSAFE Foundations are ideal for limited right-of-way, limited access and congested urban areas.
bulletIn most applications, guy-wires can be eliminated

Safer Construction Zone

bulletSAFE foundations eliminate open excavation sites.
bulletThe SAFE hydraulic installation method eliminates damage to surrounding structures that can be caused by large excavations & equipment.
bulletSAFE foundations can be installed with minimal disruption to traffic patterns and require less obstructing protection surrounding the work area than concrete foundations.

How Does the SAFE Foundation Work?

bulletThe SAFE foundation system consists of foundations, anchors and hydraulic installation tools.
bulletA small hole is augured to the appropriate diameter and depth. A SAFE anchor is placed in the hole and (feet) plates at the bottom of the anchor are hydraulically expanded compacting and consolidating the soil, locking the anchor into place.
bulletA SAFE Foundation is positioned and aligned above the anchor. The hydraulic system is used to pull against the anchor and inject the foundation to its proper depth in the ground.
bulletThe SAFE anchor is withdrawn through the center of the SAFE foundation. The soil removed during auguring is used to fill the foundation column.
bulletThe SAFE foundation is ready for immediate use. Installation is measured by a watch not a calendar.
